Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours notice. When booking, you authorize Sage + Arch to charge your credit card a cancellation or no-show fee of up to 100% of the scheduled value if cancelled 48 hours or less before appointment.
Deposits paid go towards your service and will be deducted from your total day of. Deposit are non refundable and cannot be transferred if an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled. They secure your date and time for a longer appointment.
